Standard procedure is to provide photographs of the house, but I also work from
plans or blueprints in the case of houses under construction or in planning.
The finished drawing will include trees in full foliage as if in spring or summer
unless otherwise requested. I can add shrubs and landscaping as desired. My drawings
typically include a cloud-filled sky.
The time from my receipt of your photographs to a finished drawing is generally
3-4 weeks. If the completion time will be longer, I will inform you when I confirm
your order.
